Age of Wushu Unleashes Free Expansion, Legends of Mount Hua
See, Age of Wushu has just launched its first North American expansion, Legends of Mount Hua.
This expansion has a lot of great features, including an 18-man instance called Yanmen Pass, a new 40 vs. 40 PvP battle arena, and the Mount Hua competition, which has the top players on each server competing for titles, costumes, and the Heavenly Sword. There's also a new "Marital Brothers System," allowing lower-level players to be mentored by more experienced ones, getting discounts and learning new skills.
And don't forget the Jianghu Factions System, the Jianghu Heroic Playstyle & Treasure System, and the Jianghu Gratitude & Revenge System. The last of these sounds especially intriguing: "Players earn reputation with certain NPCs for companionship in forbidden instances and the over-world (gratitude) or install lethal distraction upon enemies."
Shi Hai, Founder and Chairman of Snail Games, is quite excited. Here's what he had to say: "Age of Wushu has captured the enthusiasm and dedication of martial arts fans worldwide through its fast action combat and expansive exploration. Legends of Mount Hua takes the game to the next level with a new storyline and journey coupled with a huge battle arena. We expect the game's audience to grow substantially with additional content."
Oh, and did we mention that the expansion is free to download?
