Chobots is a free browser game for kids developed and published by Vayersoft. Users create game avatars called Chobots and enjoy a number of entertaining Chobots activities. Players complete quests and take part in all sorts of mini games to earn Chobots money. There are plenty of things to spend money on. Outfits and house improvements can be bought. Chobots has an optional premium program. Those who opt to pay the subscription become Citizens and unlock access to various items and all kinds of other benefits. There are some mini games that only Chobots citizens can play.
Several “floating cities” form the Chobots world. These cities have rooms (instanced places) where players can engage in social interaction or play mini games. Each room has a different setting. Some rooms are indoors while some are outdoors landscapes. Café Street is one of the most popular Chobots room. There are 2 ways to travel from one Chobots room to another. Players can move their Chobots characters on the map or use the instant teleport system. Pets are cute creatures that accompany Chobots players. Some pet features like the ability to walk a pet are available only to Chobots premium players. Pets are peaceful and won’t attack each other. If you want to duel other players then a robot is what you need. Robots are Chobots combat pets. They can be leveled up to level 24. Robots lose HP in combat so they must be repaired after a lost battle. Robots Arena is the battleground for Chobots robot fights. When players create a Chobots character they are required to pick from a few options. Unlike some other MMORPG games, Chobots doesn’t ask players to select classes, races or weapon skills. Chobots players only select color of their Chobots and a starting city.
The Academy is a Chobots feature that teaches young players random facts about the real world. New gamers can find out how many planets are in our solar system or learn more about animals. Dancing is one of the fun Chobots activities. There are several dance moves to choose from. Chobots has colorful cartoonish 2D graphics. Because it’s a browser MMO mainly designed for young kids, Chobots has some safety features. Parents or supervising adults can entirely disable chat. There are filters that prevent users from typing inappropriate words. Veteran gamers can become Chobots agents. They help new Chobots players and are rewarded for their efforts. Chobots members are encouraged to report any sign of behavior that might be considered harmful.
